Industrial applications

Start with
the load.

A dependable solid-state power-control solution begins with the application. Identify the load, phase, operating voltage, current, control signal and working environment before selecting a product.

02 / Independent outputs

Multi-channel control

Multiple loads · compact control panels · OEM equipment

Control several loads independently while grouping the outputs in one relay housing.

For selection

Specify the number of channels, AC or DC output, control signal and working current for each load.

03 / Forward & reverse

Motor direction control

Three-phase motors · forward / reverse operation

Select a dedicated reversing controller for changing the rotation direction of a three-phase AC motor.

For selection

Provide motor voltage, running current, starting current and reversing frequency to confirm the controller and cooling arrangement.

04 / AC to DC

Bridge rectification

Equipment power supplies · DC auxiliaries · control cabinets

Build an AC-to-DC stage into an equipment power supply. The KBPC bridge works with the transformer, filter and any downstream regulation required by the equipment.

For selection

Confirm the AC input, required DC load current, cooling and any filtering requirements of the complete circuit.

05 / Proportional heater control

Power regulation

Adjust heater power with an analogue command signal. The SCR regulator changes the conduction angle within each AC cycle.
